I'd honestly love to see your representation of Astrophobia (think that's right) the fear of thunder or lightning. I have it and let me tell you when I hear thunder, my anxiety goes through the roof and I think that I can't find the main area of the loud sound makes it worse for me

I have this fear and one day at dinner I broke down but my brother wasn’t home so it was just me, my mom, and my dad and that was I think the first time my dad had seen me break down about death.

As someone who is just getting past my arachnophobia I also have coulrophobia which is the fear of clowns which happened when I was approximately 13 it was terrifying to say the least as for fasmophobia I was afraid of goes for a really long time but my mom always told me that they were people just like us and not to be afraid of them

Now I finally know what this is called! I’ve had this since I was rlly little and one time I had such a bad feeling of bugs crawling on me that I started to scratch myself like crazy, I only stopped when I realized I was covered in my own blood. It was rlly scary

When I was a kid I almost drowned bc my friend had this HUGE floaty, and I went under water and accidentally came up right when the float was over me, meaning I wasn’t able to swim up. Luckily they felt me pushing against it and got me out, but it was in this rlly deep part of a lake and when I came out I was covered in leeches

I have this fear too, but it’s probs bc I’ve had 10 teeth pulled by a dentist, and one time they pulled the wrong one.

I have Trypanophobia and you mentioning about how it can prevent necessary medical procedures made me feel very seen. I had brain cancer when I was five so my phobia stems from trauma and it has prevented me from getting some vaccines and, as of two years ago when I hit 10 years cancer free (yay me), I've stopped having MRIs and brain scans. I understand the risks and all that but I have a physical reaction to even thinking about it so I've decided to only go back if I think there is something wrong. Out of all of my phobias (I have a fuck tonne I'm scared of loads of things lol) I think trypanophobia is the worst :/

I don't know why but these compilations never cease to relax me, I've played a few as makeshift ASMR! I don't know if it's your calm voice, the ambience music, stunning art or interesting and informative stories but they never cease to help me settle into a nap or bed.
